I need HELP-Lower Body
So I lost the weight but now need to tone. Especially my legs. I Does anyone have a great leg routine I can do at home?

ITA! Do you have 30 day shred? Jillian does a lot of squats & lunge moves and I do see a difference in my legs and butt (which is where most of my weight is). Her video is only 20 minutes so it is fast & easy and I find it a good supplement to my other workouts (usually running).
Ideally I think the best thing is to go to the gym and use machiines to target each particular muscle in your leg & butt but who has time for that?!

I love physique 57 for whole body but I really get a good lower body workout from it. They have great DVDs!

I agree with PP that said squats and lunges.. once you are comfy with them, use weight as well.. and there are so many different variations of them you can do.. you'll see a difference for sure!
