Scared but trying to find some hope UPDATED
Hi girls. I am about six weeks and ended up at the Dr. today because I had some light brown spotting. I thought that maybe the spotting was from the progesterone suppositories. The sonogram revealed only a sac and the Dr. sent me for a beta draw and I will repeat it on Sunday. Until then it is a waiting game. I have slight cramping and a little red blood. Has anyone had this happen and maybe everything turned out okay? TIA
Update: Thanks for all the kind words. I miscarried over the weekend. I am so upset. This is our second loss in seven months. The first was a girl delivered at 15 weeks back in October. She died in utero from a chromosonal abnormality. This weekends loss was at six weeks and considered a blighted ovum. My Dr. is referring us to a specialist. Has anybody had two mc and gone on to have a healthy baby? I feel so defeated. The worst part is that yesterday was my original due date...I should have a baby today but instead I have lost two. I know God will see me through. Now it hurts though. Best of luck to everybody. Thanks for reading.

unfortunately mine wasnt a success story... but i had an empty sac at 6w4d and a few days later there was something in it...

i am so sorry for your losses
maybe you can see an RE? a lot of girls with multiple losses see an RE...sometimes they find something that they can try and prevent and other times its just bad luck

I am so sorry to hear about your stuggle and losses and just wanted to send you a hug. I would def go see an RE or specialist and have some tests run. I will be wishing you luck!
PS - I have two friends who both suffered 2 miscarriages and did get pregnant and have healthy babies. I have one friend who had 3 miscarriages and she has a baby now too! All of them went to a specialist and had some additional tests/blood done and got things sorted out!
