How bad was your period after a miscarriage?

I am bleeding a crazy amount, and I never really had that heavy of a period before the miscarriage.

Also, I am a raging bittch. Normally that happened before AF got here - but I find that I am a lunatic right now and it is giving me some relief to blame it on my period.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Yes! I was in SUCH a mood about a week and 1/2- 2 weeks ago and couldn't figure out why. Then I started bleeding and figured it was my period. It was very heavy, not too painful- just heavy.

Yes, periods are still (almost 9months later ) horrible.

My period was definitely heavier the first few months after my m/c.

I've only had 2 since the m/c. They were both much heavier than usual and the cramps were pretty bad. I did notice that they're much shorter then they were before the d&c

My periods are always havey so I would say my first one after the D&C was about the same. Except I didnt have clots (which I usually have with AF - sorry TMI). But on a side note, my cramps were the WORST WORST WORST, they felt worse than my miscarriage cramps and nothing seemed to help. UGH.

the doc said my first af would be really heavy and painful. lol i guess he didnt know me...i usually bleed anyways for 7 days like a beast!

so for me it was normal... meaning very heavy long and painful.

i hope you feel better
