I use a variety of spices and veggie broth, flavored EVOO, cooking wine...this way, things get flavor without adding tons of calories.
What about you?

I love cooking with spices. I'm Indian, so mom and grandma made sure to pass the kitchen skills on to me (although because I dont 'bloom' the spices in a ton of oil my mom would tell you that my 'flavor' is wrong LOL) Since so many of my friends are on the new WW program and veggies are free, I love coming up with different 0 point dishes for them (minus the oil obviously so it stays 0 points for their veg)

Fat free whipped cream with my berries! Also, low fat greek yogurt with splenda with my fruit.
Onions add flavor to everything! Balsamic vinegrette and salsa are two of my favorite low cal ways to add flavor to veggies. I also dip veggies in hummus.

Lemon, LOTS of garlic and spices for veggies and almond butter, cinnamon and crushed walnuts for fruits like bananas and apples.
