For those who have the Insanity videos, I have a question?

On the calendar of what video to do on what day, some days say "Cardio Circuit" and others say "Plyometric Cardio Circuit"? There is no DVD that only says Cardio Circuit only Plyometric Cardio Circuit??? Is it the same DVD and they just didn't write our Plyometric every time? I'm so confused!
