Is there any exercises to get rid of this?

I think pilates is the best way to tone your core and eliminate the frown

Re: Belly Button Frowning
Pilates or Yoga! Try doing different plank poses and anything that engages the core. Check out Yoga Journal's website for guidance.

Re: Belly Button Frowning
I agree with the plank!! There are so many different plank related excercises. Push your hands up into a push up position (one at a time) and then one at a time go back to the plank. Do it 20 times. (Start with the left hand 10 times and then right 10 times). Great core work out!
