After almost a year trying to sell our house
we finally have an offer we accepted. Tomorrow is the inspection please send good luck vibes that all goes well. 
Unfortunately there is nothing we want to buy right now, so it looks like we will become renters - which kills me, but it gives us more flexiblity when we find "the house"
I'm not going to sleep until this is over!!!

Thats great!!!! I am happy for you!!! Are you moving back to LI at this point?
No I don't think I'll ever go back. I'm in southern putnam now and moving to northern westchester. It's only 15 - 20 minutes away but there is a specific development we want to move into. Wouldn't you know - a listing came on TODAY in our price range. I hope it's as nice as it is in the pics. Going to see it tomorrow if all goes well today.
