DIY decorative stone

I want to make a decorative stone that reads..."DO NOT WEED WHACK" Apparently our gardener does not know what a flower bed is and for the last 4 years has weed whacked our bulbs! He came twice this year already. The first time he left the beds alone. Unfortunately this past weekend he whacked my plants!

Ummmm maybe it's time for a new gardener? Someone who knows what flowerbeds are?

I've been telling my parents this for years! But they have a lot of property and charge them next to nothing. So since we're not paying for it there's nothing I can do.

AH! I remember you saying that! Chat Icon I have no idea, I'd probably sit outside and spray him with a water bottle if he gets to close to the flowers... it works for the dogs! Chat Icon Chat Icon

Would it help to talk to him, and show him where the flower beds are? Mary

My Dad's spoken to him in the past but i don't know why it just won't sink in. If it wasn't such a great price I think my parent's would jump ship and find a new one. I'm about to volunteer DH to do the lawn but I don't think he'd be happy with me.
