Pain in finger joint when waking up. (?)
For the past couple of months the weirdest thing has been happening. Every morning when I wake up, my pointer finger is extremely stiff. It hurts really bad when I try to bend it, and this lasts for about 20 minutes after i wake up. I pretty much have to exercise my finger every morning. Its only this one finger...super weird!
Has this ever happened to anyone? What kind of doctor would i even call? Its starting to concern me a little.

shut up!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i have been getting that in my left hand pointer finger!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i woke up last week and it felt like i punched someone....its not so much the end of the finger bug the joint that connects the finger to the hand....w t heck!!!!
i thought i was the only one!

It's my left pointer too! My bf thinks I'm crazy!

I would start with a rheumatologist to rule out any autoimmune issues.
