Any advice for carpal tunnel pain / elbow joint pain?

I've had a pinched ulnar nerve for years and even did a few months of PT last year for it but it has NEVER spontaneously hurt before.

A few weeks ago I woke up with numbness in my fingers and my doctor told me to start wearing a wrist brace at night, which I did. I haven't had any numbness at night since then but I've started having pain in my actual inner elbow and it's really, really bad. When I touch the nerve where it's pinched, the pain is terrible. Even just rubbing it against my ribs when my arms are at my side causes my pinky to tingle and me to feel pain.

I don't know what to do. A pharmacist friend said to definitely call the doctor tomorrow and he thinks you can definitely still get a cortizone shot when you're pregnant, but I'm so scared to do something so drastic. My OB scared me because he says he's worried about permanent nerve damage so I know I have to do something.

I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this or a similar situation they could give me some advice or suggestions?

My chiropractor did adjustments which helped with the carpal tunnel pain.
