Weekends I go right in the morning but during the week I go after work...do you take any classes or anything??This is so cool lol
I go in the morning on the weekends too.........................
I just spin on Wednesday mornings...

How funny!!! Im usually working outo n the TRX cables...actually on weekends I'm either running or doing a leg workout and sometimes I take the cross training class! I bet we are there at the same times!

NYSC in Garden City, usually late at night (8:45pm-10pm) but we're moving to Bellmore so I think I'll be joining Syngergy in Merrick when we move.

i have been wanting to try a hot yoga class, but didn't know of any in the area and don't know anything about hot yoga at all...
when do u go?
is the class for all ranges? (beginners etc)
how physically fit do u need to be for a class like this?
(sorry to kind of hijack, u can fm me if u rather!)
