I called over 2 weeks ago for the formula and is still hadn't showed up so i called this morning and they said they saw the order for it but that i wasn't "selected" to receive it, they were nice about it and are def sending it now but FYI if you don't get it within 2 weeks, call back and ask....im glad it's coming now.

Wow, thats good to know. I received my free case very quickly when the OP originally posted this post. I requested another code for my friend and its been 2 weeks now and she hasnt received anything. I will tell her to call them.
