Follow-Up on Resume Submission?
A friend recently recommended me for a job within her company and gave me the contact info of the department head (they also spoke in person about me). I emailed the dept head my resume and she acknowledged it...
This all happened two weeks ago. I know this is a super busy time of year in this particular industry, but do you think I should follow up?
