One of my Insanity DVD's is messed up!

I have the Deluxe package which has 3 extra DVD's. I'm halfway through month 2 and I wanted to try one of the DVD that has 2 workouts on it. Well, when you play either workout it starts in the middle of one and then it just skips around teh rest of the video including clips of commericals? I can't get it replaced because I didn't buy if from the website. Oh well. Not that big a deal, but I REALLY wanted to have/try those 2 workouts.
