Im addicted
to running in races ..
Just signed up for another 10K for July 9th .. same spot (Central Park) .. hate those hills but love the run

You should sign up for a 5K and i'll run it with you! They are so much fun and Im the slowest runner youve ever seen ..

I'm going for an MRI on Thursday so I'll know more then. In the meantime, I've been trying to take it easy and ice it as much as possible.

I'm running that race too (signed up to run the Mini 10K this past weekend but was out of town). I am nervous b/c its going to be so hot but races in CP are great! I'm running a 3.5 mile race there this Wednesday!

The Mini was so fun, I loved it but the hills crushed me.
