Most of them are b.s. some of them "seem" like they work bc they keep you from retaining water weight. Which I dont believe is healthy and not to mention the second you go off them you gain the natural water weight back. If you do want to look into supplements check out the forums on bodybuilding.com. There you can find products and peoples reviews who have tried the supplements. But your true best bet is to naturally diet and exercise.

diet pills make weight come off fast. weight that comes off fast usually doesn't stay off long, and comes back. change your lifestyle. that is the best method.

None! There are no quick fixes unfortunately. Those pills are diuretics and speed. A heart attack waiting to happen.
