I'm sorry but....
how freakin unfair to go thru what we all went thru and then get AF with MASSIVE cramps!!!
This is my first AF since my m/c - please tell me its not always going to be like this now?!

the first AF was horrible... sooo heavy and really crampy... the 2nd one wasnt as crampy but still heavy... so it seems to get better as they go on...

Ugh so sorry, it sucks right? My first 2 AF's were ridiculous! UGH! A ton of bleeding and terrible cramps for 5 days! 3rd cycle was much better, back to normal.

My periods since have been very very very crampy and heavy on the first day. Before the miscarriage I was on the pill so my periods were always short and light with very minimal cramps which is the total opposite of how they were after the loss. They seemed to have gotten better after 6 months but I could have just gotten used to it.
I'm sorry. Everything associated with the loss just sucks!

My 1st two cycles after the mc were horrid. I don't usually get cramps, but the cramps were really bad. I was afraid to leave the house because I had to change pads so often (sorry tmi). But, the 3rd one was ok- seems back to normal.
