sorry to hear colleen...
did they give you a blood test
are you taking any medicines for your knee?
the past year dh has been through a lot with his knee...hes a roofer so he is on it a lot.

ugh - Colleen - I'm so sorry. I know how much running means to you - especially to be running along side your Dad. But you have a GREAT attitude about it & going for something new. I like the idea of swimming - something I'd like to learn/do. Great workout for the entire body without all the added stress on your joints.
