PIO - cost
Hi Ladies-
Even though I'm not starting IVF quite yet, Sandra at Dr. B's office put in the order for the meds so that we could see if my insurance would cover them, since I don't have IVF coverage. It seems like everything is covered except for the PIO, which is $34 per vial.
I was curious whether other people have managed to get PIO cheaper anywhere, and if it is typically covered or not. Anyone have any extra they want to donate?
Thanks!

Re: PIO - cost
I usually spend 3K out of pocket for my meds so I wouldn't worry about $34 out of your pocket since all your meds will be covered....
The vial will last for a while and when you get pregnant you might use 2 of them (top 3)....so I wouldn't worry about spending 70 bucks.....
GL to you!

I paid $143 for my PIO, I think it was for 4 vials. I got it through Freedom.
