Pain and spotting?
So ever since coming off of BC I have been getting a pain right around CD 12-14. I have always just assumed this is normal and I was ovulating around this time. Yesterday I had the same thing and noticed I was spotting. The spotting has never happened before. I have an appointment with my OBGYN next week but was just wondering if anyone else has ever experienced this around the time they were ovulating or if the pains I have been experiencing since coming off of BC could be something else...

I have no experience with this but Ive heard that some woman spot when they are ovulating. Could be that.

i get pain when i ovulate this is my 4th cycle off BCpills i do have some small cysts though.
