high fiber, low cal snacks?
i need to incorporate more fiber into my diet. i already eat 2-3 servings of fruit per day and 1 serving of almonds. i also have 3-4 servings of veggies a day. i still need more fiber but dont want to add that many more calories.....any suggestions????

How many g of fiber are you aiming for??
With your fruit and veggie servings that seems like you are covering your bases!

I would recommend switching to whole wheat breads, brown rice, whole wheat pastas..more fiber and approximately same calories as the "whites".
Also, air popped popcorn is a great snack for good fiber and low calories.
Recommendation is 14gms for every 1000 calories for an adult so approx. 25 gms a day is sufficient for most woman.
