Portabella Mushroom
I bought some yesterday because they were on sale and feeling adventurous, however, I'm not sure how to cook them besides on the grill.
Do you ladies have mind sharing your recipes?

Re: Portabella Mushroom
mix chopped spinach, mozz cheese, parm cheese, garlic, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg. scoop them out and stuff them with that, then bake. ( i think to drizzle with EVOO first and sprinkle with salt and pepper. DELISH!!!!

Re: Portabella Mushroom
I grate 1/2 clove of garlic and EVOO over each one/inside. Bake until soft/tender.
I make some breaded chix pieces. (bite size).
Fill mushrooms w/ chix, tomatoe sauce and grated motz. cheese. Bake/broil until cheese melts.

Re: Portabella Mushroom
These mushroom pies are amazing. I use panko instead of breadcrumbs and cut the amount of cheese by about 1/2. I serve with a basic green salad (not the one in the recipe) and it's a great, quick, filling, vegetarian meal.
