She showed up JUST before my nephew's graduation in Boston -- I had one tampon in the bottom of my bag, all smushed and tattered but it did the trick.
OK now on to pretending we aren't really trying but hoping we can get pg naturally - HA!

Look at Brooke shields...Took her 7 IVFS to have her first and then BOOM gets PG naturally....IT CAN HAPPEN! You have the right idea with being optimistic!
