I do like an Italian middle name that ends in a vowel with Marco like:
Matteo
Salvatore (pronouncing the "e" at the end)

the first thing I thought of was Marcus Aurelius. but we have named our DC after leaders, so that's probably why i thought of that.

So funny my twins are Marco and Alexander. Not a fan of my son Marco's middle name but it's after my fil. Marco Edward.
Be prepared when people ask you their names and you start with Marco you will hear oh and his name is polo? Whenever you call Marco there will always be someone to call polo! It gets annoying but we just laugh it off!!!
