Okay...tell me how "bad" my daily intake was
I came off weight watchers at least 2 months ago because it really wasn't working well for me. In turn, I've just been trying to eat better. This is what I've eaten so far today. Although I dont think it's all that bad, I still feel gross. Tell me realistically if this is even good for me:
Breakfast: Iced coffee with about 2 tablespoons 2% milk, no sugar 1 packet of weight control banana bread instant oatmeal (made with water)
Lunch: Grilled vegetable salad (it has spinach, mushrooms, artichokes, onions, eggplant, and tomatoes in a light balsamic dressing) and about 1 cup of sweet potato fries (I very sparingly dip in honey mustard) Unsweetened Home Brewed Iced Tea
I don't eat dessert after dinner anymore and for dinner itself I eat small portions...for example, last night I have sausage and peppers (baked) and I probably only had about 1/3 cup worth of sausage and the equivelent of the peppers and onions. No bread to go with it. Water as a drink.
If I snack throughout the day I'm snacking on fruit or a granola bar.
Okay ladies...tell me what you think.

Try and drink 100 oz of water per day and only eat every four hours. Jillian Michaels says that snacking throughout the day is a big problem because your body is still breaking down food from your last meal. So a four-hour period in between meals is best.
I know 100 oz of water sounds crazy but it really does help cleaning you out.
Also, if you can fit in exercise you're golden!
PS--I would also lay off things like sausage. I know you only had a little but stick to the chicken and turkey.
The weight control oatmeal is a great idea!
Was there oil in the sausage and peppers? Olive oil is great for you but it is crazy fattening! Use it sparingly.

I can only fit in excersize every few days...not exactly consistently. I had been running a lot until I hurt my knees, so now I'm taking it easy.
I actually very rarely eat sausage mostly because I just dont like it. I usually eat chicken and turkey
There was olive oil in the sausage...not sure how much because my parents cooked it...I'm assuming a decent amount. Last night was a bad example because it's not my normal dinner. I generally stay away from too many carbs at night and I always have a veggie with dinner. Its usually a chicken or beef dish but small portions.
I even worried about the salad though because the vegetables are "grilled".

Yeah if the grilled vegetables tasted good, they were probably coated in oil as well.
If you can, try Jillian's 30-day shred exercise. It's hard but only 20 minutes a day. I am on Day 22 and all of clothes are looser.

Re: Okay...tell me how "bad" my daily intake was
I would not say your intake was BAD. You should consider using a program/app to track your intake especially your macronutrients. Personally I do not look at any food as "Bad" the key to maintaining a healthy weight is to eat everything in moderation. It would be helpful for you to measure and weigh your food for a couple of weeks to get an idea of a portion size. You should try to incorporate lean protein into your meals- Chicken, fish and lean beef are all good choices. Start by making small changes in your diet. You do not need to cut out ALL desserts maybe just find healthier choices. If you drink soda and jucies you should try to limit them. I agree with the PP that you should consider increasing your water intake but a 100oz IS a lot that is 12.5 cups per day...not everyone needs that much water personally if I drank that much I would get sick. As for fruit and granola bars as snacks I do not think you should limit your self to those choices...especially the granola bars you could have a much bigger snack for the same calories- Good Luck!!

Definitely lacking protein. Try beans in your salad. Also whole grains will help keep you full. Increase fruit and lowfat dairy.

Definately up your protein intake:yogurt, cottage cheese, chicken breast, fish/seafood, milk, tofu etc. Important for building muscle
