Color/Cut
Which one should be done first? Should your hair be colored before getting cut or cut then colored???

My stylist always does the color/highlights and then the cut.

Color on dry hair, sit under dryer, wash, toner and then cut.

Yep--unless you are cutting off a lot of hair. Then, the hairdresser might take off the bulk before coloring. (but still give the proper cut after the color)
