Why do i feel like this isnt enough...
so i started going to the gym...
5 days a week, i do 30-45 min of Cardio (eliptical/bike/tredmill/zumba) and then i do another 30 min in the circuit (Lucille Roberts).
i have not been dieting hardcore, but have been watching what i eat...
i feel like in 3 weeks i should have lost more than 7.5 pounds...
does this sounds right to you? i am getting fustrated, i feel like i should have lost at least 10 lbs...
maybe i am setting my expectations too high

healthy weight loss is 1-2 lbs a week.

For not dieting "hard core" I'd say you are doing great! 7.5 lbs over 3 weeks is awesome1

You actually wouldn't want to lose much more than that in 3 weeks. The weight you have lost is very likely to be mostly fat loss because you are working out so much. The goal is to strengthen and tone the muscle while shedding the fat that is over it.

thanks.. i feel better... i guess i am expecting too much too fast...
ill continue doing that i am doing and hopefully reach my goal by 2012.

I've been exercising 5 days a week and doing a hardcore diet and only lost 6.5 in 4 weeks, so 7.5 in 3 weeks is great!
