I got the furniture but that's all. We have a lot of gender neutral items from DS. After the anatomy scan I will start shopping!

When we bought our house 2 years ago we bought a set of cute little baby socks and left them in the room that would one day be the nursery. Since i've actually been pregnant I haven't bought anything but we have gotten so many adorable baby gifts already from friends and family. Since we are finding out the gender I'm sure that's when I'll start.

My mom has been doing purchasing of items LOL she can't help herself...
She bought 2 value boxes of papmers swaddlers newborn...a value box of wipes, the baby's first stuffed animal, a cute little lamb, and when we were at jersey shore, at the Shore Store, she had a onesie made up for LO (pic below)
In another month she would have been able to go crazy, but since we're team  she's a little disappointed that the clothes shopping can't start yet...lol
but that's all...and then MIL will take us to order the furniture in a couple of months

got the results of my NT scan --- LOW RISK!
DH is 43 so it's been looming over my head a little. I'm so relieved! Saw the baby last thurs. Was very sleepy, but the tech said it's because I hadn't eaten breakfast. HR was 164bpm. Looked great!
Next US is in 6 weeks and we'll find out then if Sophia will have a baby brother or baby sister

i go this afternoon for my "big sono" as im calling it.. im super super nervous to find out if everything is ok, and then hopefully we can share the news with the rest of our families and friends! keep your fingers crossed ladies and ill do the same for you

Yesterday at work I was talking to another cook in the walk-in fridge and all of a sudden I had this feeling I was going to throw up little. Well I ran out so fast and threw up. He laughed and asked are you okay. So embarrassed this time around. Did not happen with dd.

yay we're all pretty much starting to get into 2nd trimester!!! I think I still have m/s only when I forget to eat often enough...
it's not an everyday thing anymore, thank goodness since I start working again in a few weeks!

got a call today with a little scary news today...
NT scan showed that while the baby is great, there may be issues with my placenta. didn't get many details because I think they're unsure. Probable "placental adhesions". I have no real clue what that means. I do know that when i GOOGLE it  Placenta Accreta comes up and its scary stuff. Risk of hemorrhage and need for a hystorectomy go way up. Instead of our Anatomy Scan at 20 weeks we had to sched another US at 16 weeks to check the "banding". If anyone has any info on any of this PLEASE let me know!!!

Just hit a little over 13 weeks had nt scan on Monday baby was moving all over the place . This will be baby number two for me and I can say im just as excited/nervous as i was with my dd. Morning sickness subsiding ....a little. I lost 3 lbs the first trimester do to a lack of not being able to really eat today i had a bagel and breakfast bar hopefully the appetite starts to pick up. Congrats to all the mommies

i'm doing great!! tomorrow i'll be 15wks. wow, time sure is FLYING!
We're researching things for the registry.
Right now I'm decided on my stroller and car seats. Now looking into bouncers, swings, activity centers, jumparoos, tummy time, and all that good stuff.
There is just SO much to choose from that it's all so overwhelming! Plus most things are 
I don't even want to talk about cribs.. That gives me anxiety.. I already spent a week of research and got nowhere
How are you doing Kim??
