Salmon is delish on the Foreman grill. Just some salt & pepper and a little EVOO. The EVOO creates a hard crust but it's so moist inside.
I also make turkey burgers w/ sauteed onions (also on the grill) and chicken cutlets. I also grill zucchini and eggplant w/ balsamic and evoo.

I like to make grilled cheese. No butter needed because it makes the bread so crunchy and delicious.

Re: George Foreman Grill ideas??
I get Jenny-O turkey burgers and grill them for 4 minutes with garlic powder and chicken rub. I top them with homemade pickles and mayo. I also toast my buns on GF.
Other than that, I grill veggies, grilled cheese, paninis, hot dogs...basically anything I can grill outside, I'll grill on GF.
