My cat just jumped in the air like....
a cartoon!
My brother was tenderizing the chicken and when she heard the first wack she jumped up in the air at least 4 inches off the couch. Hysterical!

She sat right next to me for a while after that. Took a while for her to recover since he has never done that before.

that's hysterical!! my sleeping cat walked over to my kitchen meaowing loudly as i was cutting cup chicken yesterday. Lucky for him, his momma already had a chunk cooking for him 
And my DH swears, when it comes to chicken, we gets left overs, b/c first dibs goes to our furbaby!

My fat-tabby used to do that all the time...
every time you moved your leg when he was walking by! He was traumatized by his tuxedo-brother...
Now they're both playing in kitty-heaven...

Mine has done that...it's hilarious to see!
Or sometimes she will get scared and jump while turning sideways and her tail points to the ground and gets all big and puffy like a picture of a cat on Halloween.
And she's black so it looks even more authentic!
