Re: Adventure Boot Camp for Woman?
I did this last summer until my second trimester in april. Aly is good at changing things up and motivating in a non-intimidating way.
I've also done some sessions with tammy...she is hardcore into yoga and pilates...kicks my butt.
You really can go at your own pace...any level. Let me know if you have any questions.

Did you do five days a week? I want to do this but I can only do 5:30 in the morning.

Re: Adventure Boot Camp for Woman?
I did 3 days a week at 5:30...but he is really flexible...some weeks I did 2...others 4...however I wanted to space out the 12 sessions over the month.
I would suggest not getting the 5 day right now...you never know what will come up...at least with 4 days, you have one day to play with.
although if you have days left over, you can carry them over to other sessions. I think I still have 3 days left that I can hopefully use starting in Oct.
I liked the 5:30 class...it's before the real heat...the sun is barely out...there is no traffic to get there. There are some "intense" women there though...not buff, but they are very competitive and a bit annoying, but that's only 2...the rest are very nice.

Re: Adventure Boot Camp for Woman?
I signed up for a month in July. After that was over, I was hooked. I just committed to the entire year...and I am sooo not an exercise person. I hate it, hate the gym, and am not motivated to do anything at home either. Boot camp was the best thing for me, because the trainers are really motivating and supportive. I signed up for 3 days a week, mainly because I think that for me 5 days is just too much. They're also starting a 4:15pm session starting in September if that helps you at all. Feel free to FM me if you have any questions!
