Village in the woods in Selden
Can anyone please tell me about this complex, the good, the bad, the ugly. I am considering purchasing here. How close is it to Gordon Heights?

Its not anywhere near gordon heights. The location is great. Its off of mooney pond rd which is directly off of north ocean ave, My best friend lives in there. Its nice. The apartments are huge!!! She has a one bedroom and its humongous and totally affordable!!

Thank you so much for your response. I went there with my realtor today, and completely love the apts, it is EXACTLY what we were looking for.

My sister is selling her place there!! SHe has been there for several years but they have outgrown it now & need a house.
The clubhouse is really nice....she had my babyshower there & I ended up having DS's Baptism party there too! The pool is really nice....laundry on site, parking never seems an issue.
Her 1 bedroom is tremendous!!
