In MS H*LL!! GRRRRR!!!!!!!!!
Ok, I was truely blessed during my 1st pregnancy. No MS, I felt great, and things went perfectly.
Now, I'm preggo with #2 and it hasn't been so easy. Aside from being very bloated, I'm about 8-9 weeks and have felt nausea most days, but today took the cake. I commute and could barely make the commute. I have clients in and have putting on the brave face all day. I almost what to say why I'm miserable to my co-workers, but cannot as I'm firm on waiting the 12 weeks (or at least till we see a doctor...8/29 cannot come fast enough!!)
While I'm not throwing up, I'm nausea all day long...and the kicker, I feel better while I'm eating, so I know I'm packing on lbs....
This stinks so bad....any tips on how to deal? I pray this ends. All I want to do is go home and curl into bed in a dark room and go to sleep. On top of the nausea, I'm sooo exhausted...can't keep my eyes open!! And I have a full on 2-3 year old at home.....

Ginger ale, toast with little bit of cheese, ginger candy, bagel, crackers helped me. I was so drinking seltzer instead of water.
eta: i also tried to eat as bland as possible.. my reflux was in full swing. Hope you feel better!

I was the same way. Keep eating as it helps the nausea as you have said. Maybe try crackers or something carby. I found that bananas helped a lot too. I hear you on the exhaustion. It has been so much harder second time around with a 16 month old to chase around. I hope you feel better soon!

Re: In MS H*LL!! GRRRRR!!!!!!!!!
just keep eating small bites. I commute too and I travel with plastic bags in case I had to throw up....I have been lucky enough not to need them on the train but have used them the minute I got off the train. I was like you at 8-9 weeks and then the actual vomiting started.
Dont worry abut the weight....it will all work itself out.

Re: In MS H*LL!! GRRRRR!!!!!!!!!
sorry you feel so bad! the only thing that helped me was eating! that and a can of coke. I know people dont want to drink soda during pregnance but it was my savior. They sell decaffinated so you can try that. Good luck and feel better!
