Hi, Dee!!! Our 15 yr.old Grandson is entering his Freshman yr. of HS, here in Pa. I think his Mom and I have him all fixed up with everything he needs. While rare these days, his school district still sarts the day after Labor Day. Mary

That is great Mary that he is all ready to go!
I still have to get hair cuts & new sneakers for my boys and then we should be good to go! :D

I am SO sad... I really dont want school to start at all but I am trying to focus on how much fun she will have and get over myself already.
I know I am nuts but I really love having her around.

aside from the couple of days she has been tough to deal with ... this is how Ive been feeling. I got so used to having my little sidekick home with me.]

last summer was awful.....all the kids did was fight and have meltdowns so I was dreading having 5 kids+ every single day
but I have to say this has been the best summer yet
we went to the pool and hung out outside and went to the movies I am actually not looking forward to them going back to school

THAT I agree with-lol!!
I have 2, one in 3rd grade and one in 8th and make sure they do all their homework every night and many times I feel like I am getting homework to do-lol!!!

It was so much easier when I was the one doing the homework. Making someone else do it is

I am ok with the homework it's when they throw in the reports and projects that I fall apart. Especially when my child tells me the night before we need to go to ac moore for the 'special' project supplies!

YEP!!! They seem to always need something the night before. Love to work all day and be exhausted to learn that now after I cook dinner and clean it up I have to run here or there for something.

Gillian made the idea of her beginning K so easy. She was super excited from the get go. She is dying to ride the bus. She loved orientation. Loves her dance school friends that will be attending. Seems to simple for me. My extra added bonus is that she starts sept 6th and I go out on maternity Oct 11th. Hellllllllllloooooooooo paradise!!!!!! LOL

That is great Paulette! It is really nice that she will have a few friends already at school. 
We are in the final stretch!!!!!!
