Spotting

Hi all, I'm new to LIF but was apart of LIW 2 years ago when I got married....now we're pregnant and according to my last period I'm about 7w5d and I started having light brown spotting this week. No biggie, I know its common but it just got a little redder, not crazy bright red but still more red than it was. No cramping....anyone else have similar experiences?

I know that spotting is normal during pregnancy but maybe you should call your Dr. and ask? Are you experiencing any cramping?

No cramping except the knots in my stomach....drs. office is closed....i'm gonna call first thing in the morning

My husband is out and i'm just sitting here milling it over and over in my mind

I had spotting from about 4.5-9.5 weeks...it varied in color from brown to pink to red. I had three sonos (the most recent being at 9w 1d) and so far everything seems normal. My doc said that it just happens sometimes and that the cervix can get sensitive due to the increased blood flow. If you are nervous though I would call your doc for reassurance. Hope all goes okay and it stops soon! I know how alarming it can be!
