First day of working out at home since I am gymless
I asked DH to wake me up early so I could workout. 4:45 am DH really???? I got out of bed at 6 and did Jillian Michael's 30 day shred level 2. I guess it wasn't so bad since my daughter slept until 6:15 she sat on the couch watching me do the rest. I was able to shower, get dressed and DD and I ate breakfast before my other two DS woke up. All in all a good morning I guess.

I love the Shred because it's so quick! I do it 3-4x a week after DS goes to bed and before DH and I have dinner. It goes so fast and is such a great workout! I still haven't ventured into level 3... not gonna lie, I'm a little scared!

yep, since I've been working out consistently I thought nothing of it but since it's only 20 minutes it's intense. I tried doing Couch2 5K the next day and it didn't happen, so I had to start today
