Groupon for fitness classes
i just bought my first ever groupon and for 20.00, i am now able to attend any 10 fitness classes at a local gym. should i stick with the same type of class - boot camp or try spinnign and core and boot camp? based on their monthly rates, i will not be joining anytime soon (110. per month) but i figured i couldn't pass up 2.00 per class :)
so do u think i'd get more by doing the same type of class 10 times or trying different classes?

Re: Groupon for fitness classes
That's great! I got one from living social recently.. which one did you get? It really depends on what you're looking for. If you're looking strictly for weight loss, I think calories burned are good no matter how you do it. If you're looking to tone specific areas, they may have different classes for that. I would try what ever classes you're interested in trying. You may find that you really love something. When it comes to wrking out, you want to enjoy it... that way you're more likely to do it. Have fun!

Re: Groupon for fitness classes
thanks for responding...i want to tighten everything up, i'm finally down to my h.s. weight and have been running to increase my endurance. the gym is in park slope, brooklyn. i'll try the boot camp class first, since i'm interested in using a kettle bell and trying to sustain an all over workout...if i really like it, i'll stick with it...otherwise, i might try the ab class - i'm just concerned about doing some of the moves b/c when i was pregnant with my son, i developed DAR - my lower abs split and some ab routines make it worse, rather than better :(
thanks!
