if you did a sono at 6 weeks

Did they see a heartbeat? Or just the sac? If you are having multiples, did they see all the sacs yet?

I have a sono today and I am so scared they wont see a heartbeat. I know its super early and I think I'm 5 weeks, 6 days today. But I will be so stressed if they don't see one!

The first sono I had they were able to see the baby and a tiny little flicker of a heartbeat. I was measuring 5w6d at my first sono too.

We were able to see the heartbeat at 6 weeks but it was TINY!

At 6 weeks, we only saw the sac. At 7 weeks, we saw and heard the heartbeat!

There is a chance you won't see the heartbeat until week 8, so don't worry if you don't see it at 7.

Are you a Dr. B patient? He saw a HB both times for me...but it was very hard to see...he said he "thought" he saw it, but its not a guarantee. I was exactly where you are both pregnancies, 5w6d. So, don't bank on it, but you will see yolk sac and fetal pole!

I was pregnant with twins and we saw both sacs, both yolks and we say 1 HB. by 7 weeks both had doubled in size but the 2nd one still didn't have a HB. at 9 weeks the one was still goood and the 2nd one still not HB. by 12 weeks the sono showed the 2nd sac was empty but the one with the HB from day 1 is still strong and well (I'm 25 weeks now)

My RE said if I didn't see a HB by 7 weeks chances were slim it would start and at 9 weeks it would be the last chance that it would start and actually be ok. But I have read on here that other people say no HB early and everything was ok later on

We saw a heart beat but now that I think about it I don't believe we heard it, but they measured the rate. I was about 5 weeks 6 days.

with this pregnancy i saw both sacs & HBs are 6 weeks, 0 days. last pregnancy i didn't see a HB at 6 weeks but did see at my next appointment

my first sono was 5weeks 6 days and we only saw the sac. i went back 1 week later and saw the heartbeat.

I had one at 5 weeks and saw only a sac. A week later at 5w6d we saw a heartbeat. Good luck!

I had one at around 5.5 weeks - and they weren't sure if what they were seeing was a heartbeat or just blood flow in my uterus.

They told me that the gestational age of 5.5 weeks could be off a week in either direction so they weren't worried.

Went back at 7w1d and there was a heartbeat

I had one at 6 weeks and after her looking for what seemed like forever.... she found the heart beat. It was the most amazing moment in my life because we thought it was over after some spotting.

I had one last week at 6 weeks, 3 days and saw the flickering heartbeat, the heart rate was 126. They also measured the baby and the yolk sac.

At 5.5 weeks we saw a sac and yolk sac. At 6.5 weeks we saw a hb, but even then they warned me first that it could take another week to see it. Logically, I knew it was not a certainty going in but felt the same way that I would be stressed and upset if we didn't. Hope it goes well for you!

Try not to stres...you might not see a HB at that point.

I was going weekly because of my past miscarriages and 5 weeks and some days, we jst saw the sac and fetal pole...at 6 weeks and some days we saw the HB.

So try not to freak if you dont see it yet..It's EARLY!!!!!

I cant update my original post but we saw the heartbeat (and still one sac)! I feel slightly less nervous (but not much!)

Whooohooo! Glad you saw the heartbeat!!! I cant wait! We'll hopefully see ours on Monday! I'm dying here!!!

Both pregnancies we saw/heard the heartbeat at exactly 6 weeks!
