My progress!
I have to post these because I feel like I've come a long way! I gained 40 lbs during my pregnancy and now I only have 3 more lbs to get to my pre-pregnancy weight and 10 to get to my goal. I lost 20 right after I left the hospital. Then I lost 17 on my own from eating healthy and working out. I'm so proud of myself. I'm pushing myself really hard and I think it's starting to show!!!

That was part of my reason for posting these! It can be done. Don't ever drive yourself crazy with worry.

This is exactly why I am scared of pregnancy, I put so much hard work into my body now so I'm nervous it will all be lost forever after baby. So motivating---thank you!

I was scared too! I had the same exact fears. Plus I was in great shape before I got pregnant so I thought for sure all that hard work would go right down the drain. BUT NOPE! TRUST ME..It is possible!!!!!

I start with running. Usually for 25 min. (between 6-6.5 mph). Then I do the elliptical for 15-20. I try to do as much cardio as I can! Then lots of strength training. I do everything! You name it..Crunches, sit ups, planks, leg raises...etc etc.
