Droopy post partum belly....
Is there anything that can be done about that? After the baby came out it just dropped and I have the 'fold-over' on the sides from where my belly just hangs, can't even see my c-section incision
Is there anything that can help get it back to it's correct position....

Re: Droopy post partum belly....
Yes! I promise it is possible. But it takes time, hard work and dedication.
Do lots of cardio to burn the fat. Then strength training. The key is to tighten those muscles back up so strength training is very important.
I do approximately 40-45 min of cardio daily. 2-3 times per week I do abs. I do mostly crunches, planks, jack knife sit ups, sit ups on an incline, leg raises. But make sure you don't have a separation in your ab muscles (Diastasis recti). If you do, crunches and situps can make it worse. Start with planks, pelvic tilts, and leg slides.
Good luck!

^ what she said!
Running has really firmed me up!
Cut back on processed foods, salty foods, excess carbs, and foods that cause gas/bloating (like broccoli).
