For those who had IVF ...
Did you do accupuncture to relax or some sort of other activity? I tried it once and was not sure it did anything for me. Did any of you try supplements like DHEA, vitamins as well?

Yes, I went to acupuncture while I was going through IVF and loved it so much that I continue to go at 29w. It really helps me relax

No, I didn't do acupunctive but I did take off from work for a week after my transfer....I have a high stress job and just wanted to relax.

I did acupuncture throughout my IVF cycle and continued until I was 20 weeks. I found it very relaxing.

I did IVF with DS. Did nothing. I did IVF on another cycle with acupuncture and had a chemical, don't think it matters all that much. JMHO. Good luck to you.

Yes, I went to acupuncture. My main reason for going was to help with my uterine lining, the relaxation part was a bonus for me.
I still go every once in a while to help when I get anxious/excited.

I did acupuncture, took DHEA and baby aspirin. The one month that I didn't do acupuncture is when my IVF cycle was successful so I'm not sure if that proves anything.

I did acupunture, herbs, baby aspirin and got pregnant within 3 months after 3plus years and 3 IVF's later.

I did everything but stand on my head!
Acupuncture leading to transfer and twice on day of(there are scientific studies that show it improves implantation rates)
Used a warm heating pad prior to transfer-warm uterus is supposed to be more embie friendly
took immune drugs and vitamins, plus lovenox(prednisone, baby asprin, vitamin e.)
Ate a lot of eggs-forgot why but there was a reason
Listened to meditation CD's from anjionline for IVF pateients(loved these)
successful IVf and pregnancy after 4 pregnancy losses.

for me accu i think is hit and miss. i did accu and had chems or not pg i did accu and got pg . i got pg with no accu.
so i think its a crapshoot.
but my dr did have me on melatonin and greens and other supplements for sure!

I made an appointment for acupuncture after I poas to early and saw another bfn. I cancelled it once I found outi was actually pregnant. The only thing I did differently was I ate pineapple the day of my transfer and for the next six days I had read it helps with implantation and I  The night before the transfer as I had read this had worked for another poster this was my one an only successful cycle in 5 years of IF. I am now 27 weeks pregnant, good luck!

I did acupuncture for my second, and successful, IVF cycle. Don't know if it helped clinically, but I found it relaxing and calming.
