Early hot yoga classes near huntington??
Does anyone know of any studios that offer early am HY classes near Huntington? Like 6/6:30??

not at 6 or 6:30, but yoga oasis in woodbury has a 7-8am AMAZING hot flow class on MWF.
there is also some core work thrown into the mix and it is a phenomenal class. believe me after a week your abs won't look the same!

Not that close but I know Hot Yoga Massapequa offers a 6AM class Mon thru Fri.
I am sure if you jump on 110 that time of morning you could get there fairly quickly.

DH has to leave for work @8 and I have to be home for DS so while I love yoga oasis it just doesn't work. I wish they had an earlier class.
I guess I could travel if I have to..
