Let's talk about fish..

Which if any are safe to eat during pregnancy?

I LOVE salmon but I haven't had it since testing positive because I was unsure of whether or not is was okay.

Anyone happened to have a list?

My Dr, plus all my books, say to avoid sushi, as well as tuna ( tuna steaks), swordfish, and shark.

Salmon is ok, as is whitefish - like cod, flounder, etc. Like everything, fish should be eaten in moderation - my dr said limit it to twice per week max.

Just saw the list above - great reference!!
