Letter from ER
Did any of youladies need to provide a letter of medical necessity for your insurance company? We are haveing major problems with ours and I'm hoping to get any feedback that would be helpful.

It depends on your insurance coverage. If your policy mandates a certain amount of procedures (IUI's) before approving IVF, then your RE will need to appeal the policy guidelines. He/she will need to provide evidence that any treatment other than IVF will help you conceive. Good luck!
