Choc. Lollipops, Choc. Covered pretzels and Candy Bar ???'s

Hey all,
Im not even sure where to post this.
We are having a 70th Birthday party for my dad and I wanted to make either lollipops, chocolate covered pretzels or get candy bars and make personalized wrappers.

I've never done any of the above.
Trying to figure out a few things....
For the chocolate covered pretzels- do i just melt the chocolate and dip it and then roll it in the sprinkles or whatever i am going to use? It seems easy thats why i ask is there anything special i need to do?

Candybar wrappers- is there a template or something somewhere I can use and design my own?

I make chocolate covered pretzels every year for the holidays. I melt the chocolate (do not boil the water in a bouble boiler.. you can burn chocolate!) and use a crab fork (for lack of a better word... its a one prong fork people use to dig out meat from crabs and lobsters) They acutally do sell pretzel forks, buts its 2 prong and I dont care for it as much. I dip them in the melted chocolate (Merkins Dark is fantastic) and then lay them on wax covered cookie sheets. I sprinkle them with toffe chips, chocolate chips, snow caps, peanut butter chips and sprinkle them on the pretzels.. I do about 6 at a time. Then put in fridge to harden. I do not mix the type of chip I am using bc there is usually overage and scoop them back up and use them again for the next tray.
For my daughters party I did chocolate nuggest.. I used regular mailing lables (30 on a page) and designed my own - you can buy stuff like that on ebay too..Bought circles for hersey kisses too..
