We love Stakey's. It is far out, but not a ripoff. It is actual pick off the vine & then $25 for all you can carry (about 20 feet) & it's kind of funny to watch. They have a corn maze & a bouncer house & hay for the kids to run on & of course the yummy donuts & cider.
We did Colonial Springs Farm pre-kids but got turned off when they started charging admission to walk into their farm & then a crazy amount per pound per pumpkin (I think our last pumpkin was $19 for one pumpkin). And it was packed; you had to wait on line to go to get a pumpkin.
