When does cramping subside post d & c?
I had it friday but the cramps are getting worse, esp yesterday and today. not sure if what I'm feeeling is normal or if I should call the doctor.

Mine came and went. Are you taking anything to slow the bleeding (I was given methergine)? My doctor told me that it will cause the cramps to get worse, but stop the bleeding. If you are taking something like that maybe try going without it and see if it helps.
I had my D&C on a Wednesday and had bad cramps the following Tuesday worse than I probably had them the whole time - but I think it was just my body getting rid of the last of it since I went to the doctor the next day and my uterus was clear and the bleeding pretty much stopped.

I had week ago tomorrow. Get cramping on/ off. I was told first week will feel it then will decrease.

I'm not taking anything nor am I bleeding much. I guess if it doesn't subside after a week, I'll call.

From what I've read on here I think everyone is so different.
I had my D&C on Friday as well and have had very minimal cramping and no bleeding at all.
Just depends on your body I think.
I do think the cramping is normal though so I don't think it's a need to call the doctor. Mine said to call if only I was bleeding heavier than a period.
I see my OB in 2 weeks.
