Quinoa and WW Points
Can someone please help me with this receipe...I pointed it out using e-tools but may have made a mistake b/c I'm unsure about the Quinoa
2 cups low sodium chicken broth 1 Cup Quinoa, 2 plum tomatoes, 1 garlic clove and 7 basil leaves
Quinoa is cooked in the broth and everything else is chopped up and then combined.
Its yummy BTW
Thanks so much....I think I goofed and went way over points for dinner!

Re: Quinoa and WW Points
Is the 1 cup dry or cooked? I used my calculator to figure out the Points of my quinoa. The serving size was 1/4 cup DRY (of course once it was cooked it appeared to be closer to a 1/2 cup). If you have the nutritional info I would just plug that into the calculator.

Re: Quinoa and WW Points
Thanks for the reply.
It was dry. I entered the recipe in etools before I made it and pointed it out by serving, the recipe didn't specify exact amounts. When I thought about it later there was a great difference in pts value between the cup dry vs cooked.
It was yummy but I'm still thinking about the point value!
