OMG I have one every day also and I am 9 wks. I have gained a little too much I think so far and I contribute it to the bagel w/ CC every day LOL whatever its the only food that feels good to eat in the morning.

I literally had a bagel every day in my first trimester.
Me too, and sometimes twice!!! It was one of the only things that I could eat without feeling sick.
