Closing!!!! UPDATE!
We're scheduled to close on Friday!!
Please wish us luck that it goes smoothly. The seller still has to close a permit for the basement which they should be getting by tomorrow, Thursday the latest.
The CO came in!! We are CLEARED TO CLOSE on FRIDAY!!!

Good Luck!! We closed last week!!
They had to get 2 C of O's and had to put money in escrow for a third. It was so stressful.
